Guidelines for the right of withdrawal

Norwegian customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases in the online store.

If you live outside of Norway, you may return/exchange your items within 30 days after receiving them.

If you want to regret all or part of an order, send an email to hei@garntopia.no, and we will help you further with the creation of a return. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost on return.

Only unused items in perfect condition with original packaging / labels will be refunded.

Feel free to send the goods together with the consignment note, or other information with name and order number.

We will refund you the amount when we have received the goods.

We ask Norwegian costumers to use Posten when returning goods. If other carriers are used, we can not guarantee that the return will arrive.

Send what you want to exchange as described above. We will refund you the amount when the goods are received, and you can order new goods in the online store at any time.
